I've seen combos for less than $1,000, but you have to be careful. Some salvage yards just rip them out cutting off harnesses, etc. In your case, you would be much better off finding the entire vehicle to ensure that you have absolutely everything. Although, I know shipping might be an issue.
Aren't Suburbans fairly common in Europe as limos, security and executive vehicles? Hollywood sure makes it seem that way.
