I replaced my radiator support and the voltage regulator on that support had bolts that connected it to the support that had rubber like washers or nuts with rubber around them. Do I need to put this kind on with mine? I just used bolts with nuts to connect. AM I missing something?

Take them inside overnight, then try a bit of silicone spray, and if I recall, they seem to like going in one direction over another, in that I mean it seems like the 4 side were a bit off center and fit in the recess of the grill better one way over the other.
