your gonna get mixed views on the use of nitrogen.
negatives: it cost money, air is free. tanks are big and take up room in the bed. you run out of air, you are stuck.
postives: no water in your system, can easily adjust how fast you want your truck to lift. that means super fast or really slow by dialing the regulator. no compressors needed.
i run both, i have nitrogen for normal use. i also wire in a compressor just in case i get crazy and run out of air. just put a tee in and use a pressure switch. i always run a 5 gallon tank even with my nitrogen bottles so i can run a compressor also.
