Good luck with the wife. I've been training mine our whole marriage. Starting with a small part here and there until she's used to seeing the big ones show up. One thing that helps is I track the shipments and since we don't use the front door I just pop around there the day the come and bring them into my manland before they get in her way! Or I have them delivered to the office...but that's rare. I don't hide anything $$$ wise, but "out of sight, out of mind" works too if you know what I mean. Ocassionally she asks what the part is for and I explain it but she just gives me that sideways look.
