the s10 is an fairly easy swap. lost of guys are doing them because it is less welding and cheaper too. you can pick up a s10 truck for a few hundred bucks. buy or build the mounts for the body. the cost depending on which way you go could be cheap or really cheap so putting a f$%d m2 on the front and 9 or8.8 in the rear can get a little pricey depending on you budget or even where you live. i did the s10 swap to my 53 gmc because my orignal frame was tweeked pretty bad behind the cab. i guess it is all a matter of how much F$%d do you want to put in you gm. as for me i think i'll keep as much F$%D out of my gmc as possible.
