I converted my 203 using a DNE2 (doug nash) shaft kit in 1985 (74 transfer). I also got a set of Warn Premium hubs at the same time. It was my daily driver until 1998. Also saw a lot of off road use. Did not have a problem with either. I cleaned up the hubs and will continue using them, there was no sign of wear. Only parts replaced were the little allen screws which rust over time. I took mine apart at least twice a year and any time they got submerged just to make sure a seal had not broken. If you did not get instructions with your shaft kit pm me and I will get you a copy of the nash ones if per chance yours is one of the older ones. I think the Mile Marker ones are similar if not the same, the license has gone thru a number of companies since DNE2 went out of business.
