40K would be impossible for me. Like I said, I put a spreadsheet together including what I have already installed, what I've purchased but yet to install, and what I WILL be buying including vintage air and custom rims. And as I said, retail would be 40K, but I haven't bought at retail. My example was my air suspension. I now have the equivalent of the Accuair dual compressor setup that they sell for 2500 w/out bags/brackets, etc. I have everything for the air ride suspension (including bags and brackets) minus fittings and have well under 1000 into it.

I actually realized I underestimated that spreadsheet because of my custom stereo and interior I'm doing so it's going to be closer to 45K retail in parts when it's all said and done.
