That will be as low as you can go without modifying the bed floor. CPP will offer a cheaper kit than Ride Tech, and I'm not aware of any other companies offering a similar kit.

I'm currently running a 4.5/6" drop kit from ECE (Early Classic Enterprises) which didn't require a bolt-in c-notch.

One thing to consider is your budget and how many other things you need to accomplish on your truck. Too often than not, people can get over their head on a project and lose interest. Not that this will happen to you, but look at the entire build concept and chart out the things you want to do. It will save you a lot of money and changes in the future...
