I worked on one of these today. I find mine is binding a bit when I put the window back in. I'm getting ready to take it all apart again. I suspect 90% of the problems with these aren't from the regulator itself as much as alignment of all the components that hold the window in place.

Can someone tell me if the piece the widow glass fits into should be centered on the bottom of the window? I'm wondering if that may be part of my issue.
