What are you going to use the truck for? That will determine what mirrors you should use. If you want stock there were several options available. If you are going to have a camper on it you need those big swing-out models. Hotrod...keep them small and close in with "period" look. Just my 0.02. Whatever you decide, weld up the rest of the holes and repaint.
