keep the front dually, put srw hubs and disc on the back and run h1 rims.

srw front hubs are spendy and the srw rear hubs are easy to get. h1's can be had all day long for 40-60 each, plastic inserts are another 50, h1 37s are easy to get @less than 100 for 90%+ tread. you have a decent wearing, decent traction cheap tire with dual bead lock and its all easy to get.
