I would install the flip kit first.
The axle flip saddles will locate the axle rearward just a little, (to center the axle in the wheelwell) and help to have no driveshaft length problems.

Then you can locate the axle "centerline" on the frame.
Make a template of the bolt in notch out of posterboard or light cardboard.
Transfer the template to the frame and start cutting.
Measure, measure, measure.

I'm not familiar with the slam air kit.
Who makes it?

I would get the 5/7 installed first.
