The first one is what I put on my 97 may of last year, I really like the J45 style attachment over snaps just because it's slick and easier than snaps. No issues as of yet, But mine isn't a DD so it doesn't sit in the weather everyday.

I also ordered Extang's Tonno Tonic to keep it looking good. I put Armor-all on it after installing then got into a drizzle heading to a show, It washed the AA all down the sides of the box causing streaks. The TT doesn't do this so it's worth the bux to me.

Nice products in my book....
