Thats correct! Most guys already have disc and even if they did not every other disc kit widens the width 7/8 from drum per side which is a TON! No matter how you slice the bread, having this kit become available was almost exciting to me as a salesman as having a man walk on the moon.
On a serious note i have sold 1000s of the "old spindle" and i cant tell you how much more clearence this offers 3/4 of an inch per side in this area is like 10 miles!
