Thanks guys, ebay was the way to go. I decided to get a new reprint instead of the original. The seller I just bought it from had this in their description:
It is printed on 20# grease resistant paper, and unlike the original this book is bound with a wire strap so it will not break apart. Or, if you prefer, you can remove the strap and place the book in a three-ring binder so it will lay open on your workbench.
I'll update this post when I receive it to report on quality.
