I saw a good idea the other day that I'm gonna do for an e-brake: Just run a portion of the rear brake line into the cab (I'm going to have a center console, so mine will come up into it) and put a valve on it. That way when you stop, before taking foot off the brake, close that valve & it'll hold the back brakes.
