I took the new tumbler and located where the rod is that sticks out when the key wasnt in it. I then punched it and took a 3/16 bit, NO BIGGER, and drilled in about 1.5 inches. Then i put a pin in the other hole and wiggled it around until the bar i drilled falls in the whole where the tumblers were.
Super easy.
