First up was strip all the stuff off it. I had the boards, flaps, shell, visor, and some trim off it within 24 hrs. I drove it for a couple weeks while I rounded up parts, then dug in! Here we are taking the bed off, and pulling the tanks, driveline, exhaust, and harnesses off.
