ARe you positive its bad?
We are fortunate that we have a lot of places here in Houston. I would see if you can blow some air through it. ( i Know its hard without a compressor) take it off and borrow someones to clean it out good. works somtimes cause of all the crap that gets inside if located inside a shop.

You can check the stator for shorts and grounds. Go online and their is a lot of good info how. Just need an Ohm meter. If bad your screwed. I have rewound my own motors when I did not have money and it is a pain.

check the commutator run out. and if bad you may just have to replace it w/o doing the whole motor.
