Unacceptable on anything I pay money for. Looks like one of my quickly assembled "proof of concept" weekend hack jobs. Very unprofessional IMHO especially for $200.

No relay sockets in a "paid for" wiring job is one of my pet peeves. Several headlight relay harnesses I've examined were done the same way. Quality VF4/ISO and VF7 70amp relay sockets and contacts are darn cheap... Digikey, Newark, Waytek... Properly crimping the correct socket terminals is no more difficult than crimping the cheap AutoZone 1/4" disconnects he uses. He could at least use some adhesive heatshrink tube to strain relieve the wires.
