69-72 blazer buckets are what people usually use for this, I think. If you get the brackets that go with them, I think there's an adapter that GMCPauls sells for these to fit in a truck.
The brackets mostly go with the seats. Not always the case, though.
Also, my blazer bench was pretty bastardized, but I BELIEVE that the brackets it used were the same as the drivers side bucket. If this is correct, then 2 sets of bench brackets would give you 2 buckets that were both adjustable.
Someone else should probably step in and confirm this truck bucket question. I don't have any experience in that area.
