I have a 07 silverado classic. Engine light came on yesterday. Checked code and the truck senses a emission leak. The truck has just a very slight miss at idle you can bearly feel it, but it's there. Could I have a slight vacuum leak that would cause this? I need some help on what to look for please. Thanks in advance, Jamie

P.S. I checked the gas cap and it is tight.
