Spectra Premium makes OEM replacement filler necks for almost anything. The hard part is they sell wholesale only so you need to find a stocking dealer on line. RockAuto has some of their stuff but not every part they make for every vehicle.
Other than that you're stuck looking for a salvage yard that will either pick it for you or allow you to pick it yourself.
