One other note:
I just bought a 2 wheel drive power steering box. This will be used to convert the factory push - pull style steering over to a cross over steering system. The splines on the 2wd steering box will allow the pitman arm to be install at 90 degrees from it's original position. The original pitman arm will not be used.
