ive been in your shoes and had to sell vehicles for financial reasons. If your old blazer needs alot of work to get it back to where it should be ($3000) then i agree with the poster who said sell it for $5500 and maybe put some $$$ into your fiancees
I would also speak to the future owner and tell him if he decides to sell it for any reason in any condition, you would like first dibs on it.
I sold a truck i owned for ten years and have regretted it since. I was going to buy it back but the kid i sold it to did things to it that i just cant get past. I have come to the relization that it will never be my truck again and i dont want it im just happy with the memories i had it in.
