I've had pretty good luck with edelbrock carbs. Without knowing anything about your motor, i would consider a 500 or 600 cfm & electric choke is just a matter of one hot wire. Aluminum 4 bbl. Intakes are cheap for small blocks. Aluminum intake,carb. & hei & dual exhaust (even better with headers) will wake your little small block right up. Hope this helps ya. john
