There were a couple of companies that made crew cabs out of these. The most common (if you can say any are common) ones had all four doors made from front doors, like they took two cabs, cut off the firewall of one, and the back off the other, welded them together and then filled in the holes. Mostly a railroad thing, but other places ordered them.

There are some variations though. Many people will take a 'burb and cut it down to make a cab. These look more 'normal', but I hate seeing a 'burb meet a torch...
