Okay switched out the tank selector switch ....same issues

It started again but seemed not to be running on all cylinders when started and blew the ecm-b fuse a couple more times...and back to square one only now I know the tank selector switch isnt the problem.

Also ...check engine light is working...I dont know enough but doesnt that mean my ecm is functional?

Brake light on too
