I believe everything is included except for the bulb sockets...I believe you have to re-use those. I have not completely opened the box for fear of not being able to get it all back in (want it to stay clean). My advice...don't throw anything away until you are finished!! I have my old and crusty harness in a box so when i am ready to install the painless kit I WILL have everything I need. The bulkhead bolts in exactly as the old one did, but you might have to reuse your old bolts or buy new ones (buy new ones anyways). Hope this helps some.
