I have a small leak from the windshield rubber.
The jack@$$ who replaced the front windshield bent the steel trying to get it out and now it leaks. It finds its way down to the pedal like your explaining. I cant see it leaking around the seal because of how it runs down the inside of the seal then it looks as if it comes out of the bottom right about the column.
Check into it some more. Its probly there. Sounds just like mine.
