I wont be sending a cad file out only because I don't want someone building something that hasn't been tested. I'm not in this for the money so after I have tested it and made sure every thing works properly I will be happy to send a cad file, just not until I know for sure that this is a safe product. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be I just don't want to take the chance. If its going to kill some one it will be me.
