The wheel pattern is the same......6x5.5'' (139.7mm). As previously mentioned, the centerbore is the issue if still running drums. I updated to disc and my aftermarket 6-lug wheels fit up front but hit the axle flange in the rear. I still ran them with a small spacer and beveled the flange. I also used lugs that had a 60* conical seat with a shank.

The other issue is backspacing as the newer wheels are quite deep and may cause interference on the inside. I'm not familiar with factory wheels, only aftermarket for newer trucks.
