Yepper, they will fit perfectly. I had them on a 10.5" wheel on my previous '86 with a flip kit and they gave me no issue at all. They should be even happier on an 11.5" wheel as that is the optimum width for that size tire.
Tell your lady that some of the truck guys are making fun of your itty bitty tires, and that size does matter! She will agree
