That looks like a "medium-duty" chassis. Like a Chevy Kodiak or something similar. They just took one of our trucks and made the body fit. I've seen some of the newer trucks w/this size chassis used for advertising.... One that comes to mind advertises for a local country radio station. Just a guess, though!
