You can see the line on the bed where its been extended, it's definitely longer than a longhorn..maybe an extra longhorn? lol

Since it has 6 lugs it may have deuce and a half axles tossed under it, but those wheels do look pretty new so it may be a medium truck chassis indeed. Pretty cool whatever it may be.
