Are you getting any fluid out of the rears when you bleed them? do your front brakes work? Did you bench bleed the master cylinder?

You should have a flexible brake line in the back. That will collapse internally and look perfectly fine from the outside.

Also, has your propotioning valve popped one way or the other? Is the brake light on? if so that will cause that problem too.
