Hey Guys,

I have an opportunity to pick up a 95 k2500, for cheap. Its rotted but has a complete running 350 and an automatic. My question is I am looking to install fuel injection on my project Zues, and this may be the way to go for me.

What is needed to make this 95 engine work in my truck?

Will I have to use the tranny and transfer case from the 95?

Will I have to use a speedo from a newer truck to work with the 95 electronics?

Just asking cause I dont have much time, and was hoping for a quick response from the experts instead of fumbling around doing a search.

Or should I just stick with the carb on my low mileage 350 I already have?

Just so you know I am giving 500 bucks for the truck.
