The only bushing that could be rubber or poly are going to be the sway bar bushings. The control arm bushings are metal, with a rubber seal on the inside of the arms. check your shocks and sway bar bushings. If your sure the squeek is off the front end, the check your rad support and cab mounts. It could be off the rear, which would be the control arms or panhard rod if you have coils or the leaf spring bushings if you have those.
