It is a '69. Same VIN code start as mine with the BKE and the top interior is painted the body color. Welcome to the board!

Blazers were all open knuckle 44s. Take my advice when I say that if you are going to convert to disc brakes just get a complete donor axle from a later model GM (73-91) and replace the entire thing. Trying to keep your housing will be a waste of time and money. 71-72 had discs but the shafts and joints are weaker and the brake hardware is specific to those two years; just skip them.
