The AC dash should be well within max dimensions for UPS Ground no problem. I know LMC has shipped me bigger stuff via UPS. Weights not really an issue either since its pretty light. You can get an estimate for shipping here.

Just guessing at the size, but it looks like about $25 to ship UPS ground with insurance to West Columbia, SC 29169.
