Lol at least you don't have to worry about setting the backlash. Haha its just a picture I found on the web. It made me laugh. And no I do not recommend welding a diff. I did it once and thought I was a hero until a year later when it let go and a chunk got wedged between the ring and pinion and locked up the rear wheels.
