Way back in the '70's I had a '72 GMC with a 350. I use to put unused pre-mixed gasoline in it, of course usually no more than a gallon of mixed gasoline to a tank of gasoline.
It never hurt it and it ran fine.
Sea Foam is a great additive, I use it when I first start driving a truck, it helps clean out all the junk in the fuel system.
