Looks pretty smooth to me. I'd say it's just the lumpy cam. I had an 80Z28 with a comps 268XE that shook like that. And that's not an agressive cam. I had a 700R4 with a 2250 stall and used it as a daily driver putting about 35000 miles on it in a year and a half.
