Yeah, let's see.
It had the stock exhaust when I got it. Swapped it for a Dynomax converter and Super Turbo muffler. This didn't last as the Super Turbo couldn't take the heat from the cat. The thing busted open it got so hot. Went to a 3" in/out Random Technology cat, and a Flowmater tin can...er....I mean muffler. Got tired of this rathe quick. I'm now with two Aerochambers and love it. Won't use anything else on my truck.
The thing is, everyone has different tastes. Everyone can tolerate different things. I for one couldn't take the Flowmaster any longer. It's loud, obnoxious, an flat out sucks IMO. I like a nice rumble sound to my exhaust. I want to be able to hear inside the cab without having to yell at the person sitting next to me.
For this, I want to thank Dave. I would have never even thought about the Aerochambers if he didn't bring it up.
