The 245-45-20 is almost 29" tall (@ 28.68"). You're going to need to get something shorter. 245 or 255-40's would be about max w/o buzzing the inner fender wells.
Also, from those pics.... the back-spacing doesn't look very deep. What size wheels & back-spacing do you have?
