Project Daily Driver
Well I am into the project pretty far, but it's never too late to start a thread. This is gonna be my 72 Cheyenne daily driver. It is a shortbox fleetside. Hopefully it will be primered soon. Have new box sides and a nice front clip, too. I am going with hugger orange and white two tone. Has a 70 402 with 65-67 396 heads. Turbo 400. 12 bolt with 3.08 posi(for mileage). Need to install the posi still. Have a set of buddy buckets to restore still, tach set up is ready to go, restored truck tilt, and then just need to buy a few misc parts, but it's on the downhill side now. The rocker is ready to go on, but I'll have to have my brother weld it since I'm back in school after spring break. Here's a few pics of the truck in its current state and some of the patches welded in.
