Actually not a real indication of anything except that a higher vicosity oil will retain more bubbles. The regular oil has bubbles also. The gears on a gear pump will cause that when exposed to the open air. Your pump on your motor will be submerged. Same thing which causes a belt drive to whine. Squishing the air between the gears.The little model means nothing in real world applications
