Next time you have a rim off the truck I would check what is stamped on the rim (or is it on the outside?).
I have never heard of an OEM 15x10 5-lug rim. Have seen claims of 15x10 6-lug, but still haven't seen pictures to verify.
PS; get some nice chrome lugnuts - those rims are too clean to have those beat-up lugs on there...
