Here's a shot of mine. You can see the front crossmember closest to the cab bolts into the first hole and holds the step support. The second one I moved forward 4in because the tires are into the bed sides. But you can see the hole in the frame for it's original location. The third crossmember was moved back 1in, but you should get the idea of where they all go. Also you can check the frame for wear marks where they sat on the frame and wore through the rubber pads.
