The only two engines available in a pickup were the 305E and the 351E for '67. The 305 is by far the most common. Both are torquey, but the 351 is a brute. What the details on the truck?

Thanks for the link. Using the V6 with teh 351 and the 305 I got some hits on other posts. Thanks.
The truck was parked a long time ago by the son of the owner. owner died son died. No title so it will be either a parts truck or a bonded title is in its future. The cab is solid the doors are solid and I mean I could not find a spec of rust. Howeve the cowel is full of leaves so there may be hidden issues. Price is right it has the correct 67 hood and grill but has had a front body clip swap at some time and repainted white to match the front clip.
No SPID on glove box. I dont know which engine it has but it does have the TOTT set up with what looks to be a full gauge package. It was a farm truck so its got its share of body damage but again is very solid with the only rust I found under the battery tray and the RH cup.
I'll sit on it for a day or two and see if I cant live w/out it. Was excited about the V6 now not so sure. Gas Guzzler V6? I'll take my 454 although it would be something you dont see but once in a blue moon.
Thanks,
